Besser Museum
and Alpena Wildlife Sanctuary
This workshop will start at the Besser Museum at 9 each morning, when Richard will lecture, demonstrate or critique student’s work.
Then the class will go to Alpena’s beautiful Duck Park on the Thunder Bay River, less than half a mile away, where everyone will cross the covered bridge and pick a spot on the island to paint until 4 pm or so. You won’t need your hiking boots.
The class, limited to 12 students, is open to all skill levels. Richard paints in oils, but students may choose their own media. Artistry applies to any technique.
Tuition is just $275. You may pay through the button below. Clicking on it will lead you to instructions for paying online or by check through the mail.
The Besser Museum is at 491 Johnson Street in Alpena, Michigan 49707.
Inspiration Alcona and the Besser Museum thank the City of Alpena for permission to paint in Duck Park.
